1. India-US conduct air exercise

The Indian Air Force and the United States Air Force are engaged in a bilateral exercise from 10–13 November 25, aimed at fostering mutual learning and enhancing interoperability. USAF is participating with the B-1B Lancer, according to a post on X by the Indian Air Force.
2. Paras Defence and Space secures orders from MoD

Paras Defence and Space Technologies has secured a domestic order of Rs 35.68 crore from the MoD for the supply of portable counter-drone systems (PCDS), the company said on November 11.
In addition, the company's subsidiary, Paras Anti-Drone Technologies Pvt Ltd, has also received a separate order to the tune of Rs 3.95 crore from the MoD for radio frequency (RF) jammers (integrated drone detector and jammer).
3. Bharat Forge awarded contract for underwater systems

Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited, has secured a Rs 2,500-crore order from the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for unmanned and marine systems, marking a major boost to India’s indigenous defence manufacturing drive. The fast-track procurement will be executed by November 2026
4. BEL secures Rs 792 crore orders

BEL has secured additional orders worth Rs. 792 crores. Major orders received include Defence network upgrades, radio communication networks, radars, comm equipment, drones, combat management systems, gun-sighting systems, upgrades, etc, according to a post on X by BEL.
5. Collins Aerospace inaugurates its Bengaluru manufacturing site

Collins Aerospace, an RTX business, opened its new Collins India Operations Center (CIOC), a 26-acre manufacturing facility at KIADB Aerospace Park in Bengaluru, enhancing the company’s capability to manufacture advanced aerospace products for global markets.
The facility will be equipped with advanced manufacturing technologies such as artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing, and robotics, and will initially be used to manufacture seats, lighting and cargo systems, temperature sensors, communication and navigation systems, water solutions, and evacuation slides.
6. Turkish military plane with 20 on board crashes in Georgia

A Turkish military cargo plane carrying 20 passengers and crew crashed in Georgia on its way home from Azerbaijan, the defence ministry said on November 12.
Our C-130 military cargo plane, which took off from Azerbaijan to return home, has crashed at the Georgia-Azerbaijan border," the ministry said in a statement, confirming there were "20 personnel on board, including the flight crew".
